3. Who receives your data
Your data is never sold or rented. It is accessible to the publisher and, to the extent necessary for their mission, to the following providers:
- Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland): Hosting of the site and sending of emails. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland): Card payments and fraud prevention. Stripe can transfer data to the United States, with the guarantees provided by the GDPR (Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
- Google (Google Drive): storage of site backups, which contain the account database. Transfers possible to the United States, under the Data Privacy Framework.
- YouTube (Google) : only if you launch a video (see the page Managing cookies).
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) Audience measurement, only if you accept it; transfers to the United States are possible under the Data Privacy Framework.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): management of the list and sending of the newsletter. Data hosted in the European Union.
The tools that produce sports content (data provider, article automation, artificial intelligence) do not receive any personal data from visitors or members.
Your data may be communicated to the authorities if the law requires it.
4. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are encrypted, and access to the administration is restricted. Payment is processed by Stripe (certified PCI-DSS), with 3D Secure authentication.
5. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability of your data. You can also define instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death, and withdraw any consent given at any time.
