General terms of sale

Version of November 3, 2026 — applicable to any order placed after that date.

Article 1 — Object

These general conditions of sale (GCS) govern the sale of the membership access plans on the www.nba-inside.com website (the "Site") between the publisher of the Site ("NBA Inside", identified in the Imprint) and any natural person of legal age acting for non-professional purposes (the “Member”).

Any order implies acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions, which the Member accepts by checking the box provided before payment. The Terms and Conditions are available at any time on the Site and can be recorded or printed.

Article 2 — The service

The members' area gives access to NBA game analyses Compiled by NBA Inside: reasoned analysis, estimated score, probability and confidence index, as well as the history and summary of the analyses. The analyses are generally published approximately one hour before the start of the games, on NBA season game nights. Their number varies depending on the schedule: there are no days without a game.

The news, results, statistics, rankings and videos on the Site remain freely accessible.

Article 3 — No guarantee of profit, responsible gaming

The analyses are sports opinions. They do not guarantee any results or gains. Past results displayed in the balance sheet do not prejudge future results. NBA Inside is not a gambling operator, does not receive any bets and has no affiliation with a betting operator. The Member remains solely responsible for the use they make of the analyses.

Gambling is prohibited to minors. Playing involves risks: indebtedness, isolation, addiction. To get help, call 09 74 75 13 13 (Players Info Service, no call charges).

Article 4 — Access and account

• The service is reserved for individuals majorities.
• The Member creates an account with a valid email address, their first name and a password. They agree to provide accurate information and to keep their password confidential.
• The account is strictly personalThe sharing of credentials, as well as the reproduction, dissemination or resale of the analyses (screenshots, groups, social networks…), are prohibited. In the event of a breach, NBA Inside may suspend and then terminate access after a reminder email remains unanswered for 8 days, without reimbursement of the current period.

Article 5 — Plans and prices

Launch offer: For any subscription to the Monthly plan before January 1st 2027, the first month is charged €7.99 instead of €15.99. The following months are charged €15.99. The offer is limited to one per person.

Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the CGI. The applicable price is that shown at the time of ordering. Any applicable promotional code is subject to the conditions indicated at the time of its publication.

NBA Inside may change its prices. For existing subscriptions, any new price will be announced by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. The Member who refuses may cancel before that date, without charge.

Article 6 — Order

1. The Member chooses their plan on the page Subscription.
2. They create their account (or log in), check the acceptance of the terms and conditions and, to access the analyses immediately, check the box for immediate access (article 9).
3. He checks the summary (plan, price, renewal) and validates the payment.

The contract is concluded upon payment validation. A confirmation email summarizes the order. NBA Inside may refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute or fraud.

Article 7 — Payment

Payment is made by bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard) via the secure provider StripeYour bank may require 3D Secure authentication (validation in the banking app or via SMS). NBA Inside does not see or store card data.

For the Monthly and 3-month plans, the Member authorizes automatic debiting of the price from their card at each due date, until cancellation. In the event of payment failure, access is suspended until the payment is settled; the Member may update their card in My account.

Article 8 — Cancellation

The Monthly and 3-month plans are without commitment The Member may terminate them at any time, free of charge and without justification.

• How: the "Cancel your subscription" link present at the bottom of all pages of the Site, or My account → My subscriptionthe "Cancel" button. In the event of an inability to connect, the Member may request cancellation by email to contact@nba-inside.comfrom the address of his account.
• Effect: Cancellation immediately stops any future charges. The Member retains access until the end of the already paid period. The current period is not refunded pro rata.
• Confirmation: an email confirms the cancellation and indicates the end date of access.

Before each renewal, a reminder email indicates the date and amount of the next charge.

The 7-day pass expires automatically and does not need to be cancelled.

Article 9 — Right of withdrawal

The consumer has in principle a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code).

However, in accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code, This right cannot be exercised for digital content provided without a physical medium whose execution has begun, with the prior and express consent of the consumer, who has waived their right of withdrawal. When ordering, the Member checks the box: “I request immediate access to the analyses upon payment and I acknowledge that I am losing my 14-day right of withdrawal.” Access begins upon payment, and the order confirmation email reminds of this waiver.

If, for any reason, this waiver had not been received, the Member may withdraw within 14 days of the order, by sending the form below or any clear statement to contact@nba-inside.comNBA Inside then refunds the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method.

Article 10 — Availability and conformity

NBA Inside strives to keep the service accessible at all times, except for maintenance, failure, or force majeure. The Member benefits from the legal guarantee of the conformity of digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the Consumer Code). In the event of prolonged unavailability due to NBA Inside, the Member may request an extension of their access or a refund proportional to contact@nba-inside.com.

Article 11 — Liability

NBA Inside is only liable for the costs incurred. Its liability cannot be claimed for losses related to bets or decisions made by the Member based on analyses, nor for errors in sports data provided by third parties, nor for interruptions due to the internet network or the Member's equipment.

Article 12 — Intellectual property

The analyses and content of the Site are protected. The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right for private use. Any reproduction or distribution, whether free or paid, is prohibited (see Article 4).

Article 13 — Personal data

The Member's data are processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.

Article 14 — Customer service and complaints

Article 15 — Mediation

In the event of a dispute that is not resolved by a prior written complaint, the Member may use the consumer mediator of the jurisdiction of NBA Inside (articles L611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code) free of charge: [To be completed: name of the mediator, postal address and website — membership in a mediator is mandatory]The Member may approach the mediator within one year from the date of his written complaint.

Article 16 — Applicable law and disputes

The terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute is brought before the competent courts. The consumer may, at their discretion, bring the case before the court of the place where they resided at the time the contract was concluded or the harmful event occurred.

Article 17 — Modification of the Terms and Conditions

NBA Inside may modify the Terms and Conditions. The new Terms and Conditions apply to new orders. For existing subscriptions, any significant changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance; the Member who refuses may terminate without charge before its entry into force.
